The Spartanburg County Public Libraires were recognized on Wednesday, April 17 by the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution. SCPL was recognized for proper use, correct display and patriotic presentation of the flag of the United States of America. Mary Speed Lynch, Board of Trustees; Todd Stephens, County Librarian; and John Cribb, Board of Trustees Chairman, received the award from Janice Neikirk, Battle of Cowpens Chapter SCDAR, Flag Chairman.
